When I first met Tiffany I knew we could be good friends. She reminded me of someone who had already known me for a long time and our desire to pursue the Lord in our lives and in our businesses drew us closer as well.
Though we only met once for a photography meet-up soon after I got here, I was excited for the chance to get together again soon. Little did I know, however, that the next time I would see her would be the day she said "yes!" to the love of her life, Jon!
I was so excited when Jon contacted me in late September about being a part of his proposal plans. Though I hadn't met him in-person, like Tiffany he felt like an old friend to me.
His love for her was evident and I felt so honored to volley texts back and forth with him for weeks as he planned out every possible detail for this moment. His care for her, desire to create an experience and more importantly, shower Tiffany with godly love, inspired me and had me *so* excited for the final details to come together!
The more we talked, the more excited I became-- his love for Tiffany was inspiring and I couldn't wait to see the plans unfold.
November 11th was the date and the schedule was set:
First, a girl date, just Tiffany and I.
Then, a Christmas card mini-session that would be gifted to her as a surprise just a few days before.
Within the session, the appearance of a perfectly yellow tandem bike and a giant pink balloon.
The grand finale?
A perfectly romantic proposal on Indian Rocks Beach [complete with picnic basket and me hiding in the sand dunes].
Tiffany & Jon,
I am so, so so happy for you both. What a blessing and gift to get a front seat as God opened a new chapter of your life! I know that I cannot tell your story for you but I hope these images allow you to share, remember, rejoice and reminisce now and in the days, months and years to come. I cannot wait to see what He has in store for your marriage and will be praying for your during this season. Yay!
in His love,
