I can't think of a better way to introduce my new blog than with the beautiful pictures of Miss Holly. I've known Holly for the past 8 years and it has been so neat seeing her grow up, just like a sister to me. She is strong and bright. She loves Harry Potter (loves is probably an understatement). She is artistic and kind. Holly graduated from Blue Valley High School this past May and just started college and a new job! She is bound to do incredible things.
For this first part of Holly's pictures we decided to venture downtown. Without a destination in mind, we were able to drive and let the city lead us. We stumbled across broken down rail cars, ivy covered walls, spectacular fountains and a patch of green grass in the middle of busy streets and towering buildings. It was awesome. I love that Holly brought her acoustic guitar and was willing to do anything I asked- including ending her shoot by running through the Crown Center fountains, leaving her soaked to the bone for the ride home. It's session like these that make me realize how much I love the experiences and adventures captured in His image takes me on.
