Overland Park, KS | Amanda | June 2013

I had the opportunity the meet Amanda for the first time two years ago when I took a set of head shots for the early part of her college dance career. Now she’s entering into her senior year, more talented and beautiful than ever and ready to take the performing arts world by storm.

Amanda lives on the west coast but we managed to sync up for an evening at Johnson County Community college for updated head shots and stunning dance portraits. I loved when she put on her point shoes in the middle of the quad and started dancing away– so beautiful!

After entertaining the summer school students who were walking between classes during her “performance”, we moved to JCCC’s Nerman Museum of Art. This structure is stunning and pure marble white, the perfect backdrop for Amanda’s impressive dance poses.

You are so inspiring to me! Thank you for sharing your beauty and talent. Best wishes on the year ahead– I can’t wait to see the places you go!

in His love,
