You’ve seen the Proffitt family around here before and it’s no secret that J and I love their family. When we moved to Tampa I filled my browsers with churches to visit but Aaron and Ashlee’s story of their littles and their sweet Aiden, who they lost at when he was just a few weeks old, stole our hearts and we’ve been at Aletheia Church ever since.
This year we made their Christmas portraits on Bayshore Boulevard but it was a different kind of portrait session because we planned their color scheme, location and even the images themselves based on a grouping of gorgeous original paintings Ashlee was waiting on from the ever-talented Lindsay Letters. I love how it all came together– you can see the final grouping in Ashlee’s house at the end of this post! But first, some sweetness from their session:
Here’s the pretty grouping! Didn’t it turn out so beautiful?! LOVE seeing work in print and in gorgeous corners of my clients’ homes.
