There are couples you love before you even meet them. Noelle and Preston were that for me. A guy from Texas and a girl from Florida, dovetailing in D.C. and life taking off from there. They brought their family and friends together to celebrate on a warm June day, under a tent with a custom scalloped, coastal blue liner. Touches of Noelle’s vintage finds were sprinkled throughout the day, and no one was ready for their after party outfits (including a purple rain jacket for P!) One for the books, and a couple I know will sit with their grandkids decades from now going through these images. What a gift to me!

Laura was our photographer for our engagement session in Washington, D.C. and our wedding weekend in Florida - from the 200+ person welcome party to the small rehearsal dinner in a tiny upstairs restaurant, then to our our traditional ceremony in a chapel, and finally to the outdoor reception in 90+ degree summer heat. Through all of this, my now-husband and I have seen how incredibly versatile and adaptable Laura is while infusing fun into the big life moments, too. She's an excellent communicator from day 1 and works proactively to make the day seamless and stress-free.
What initially sold us on choosing Laura Foote Photography was her real, authentic scope of work that we saw her capture in others - it's easy to see her talent by her portfolio alone. But what will keep us going back for all of our future milestones is the way she creates magic, whimsy, and fun for everyone in front of her lens. We feel so lucky to call her such a talented friend.
